  • 会员6346：酒店坐落在山塘街里面，地段不限行，导航定位在山塘街的星巴克就可以，再往前开十几米左右就能到达酒店的停车场。酒店是典型的苏州园林风格，一步一景，入眼皆画；虽在繁华闹市但里面却非常安静；工作人员很有素质，服务细致周到；房间卫生很干净，细节到位，沐浴产品为欧舒丹品牌；早餐种类不是很多，但样式精致、口味非常赞。连住两天退房时还送了伴手礼，非常感谢。
  • 会员2796：酒店地理位置绝佳，闹中取静。典型的苏式园林风格，具有一定的人文底蕴。此次入住的是三室二厅别墅房型，宽敞舒适，每间房间均配有独立的卫浴，适合家庭出游。酒店服务到位，因举家出游，老人晚上身体不适，想吃面，酒店特地煮了一碗热腾腾的鸡汤面送到老人房中，非常用心。以后来苏州，还会选择入住👍
  • 会员1420：酒店位置绝佳的园林酒店，就在山塘街入口处，吃饭非常方便，高墙隔开外面的喧闹，宛如两个世界。酒店内的园林精巧雅致，我们吃完早饭或者下午就在院子里坐坐喝喝茶。两卧的庭院房是上下两层各带客厅卫生间的房型，床品比较好，一楼还有个小院子，适合饮茶发呆闲谈。整体来讲特别适合家庭出游住宿。服务相当贴心周到，工作人员礼貌友善，酒店早餐不错，特别是碗苏式面，汤底是五件子汤，清香鲜甜，自行搭配配料，浅浅一碗，相当满足，还有煎包很喜欢，同行的小伙伴对酒店特别满意。另外，停车场就在酒店后门马路对面，蛮方便。退房还赠送了伴手礼。
  • 会员9413：酒店就在山塘街上，赶上五一假期人山人海，客人可以直接开车从渡僧桥封路点直接开车进酒店后门，出酒店前门就是山塘街，也不用跟其他游客一样排长队进山塘街。酒店确实属于闹中取静，里面都是老庭院改建的客房，清爽干净，洗浴用品全是欧舒丹的，早餐是江浙特点的食品，比较精致，客房数量不多，所以即使住满了客人，早餐也不感觉人多。酒店员工的服务非常贴心，每日有水果、糕点赠送，给我们对口服务的小孙不错，有求必应。下次来苏州玩，还会选择这个酒店。
